Every rule below exists because of something that goes wrong when a turf is booked over the phone.
Availability you can trust
The hour grid comes from the owner's own pricing and their live bookings, not a form that emails somebody. If it shows free, it is free.
The same hour cannot go twice
An hour is held the moment you request it, and the database itself refuses a second claim on it. Two teams cannot both be promised Friday at seven.
A 24 hour hold, then it goes back
Your slot waits a day for the owner to answer. If nobody acts, it returns to the calendar automatically instead of sitting dead.
The owner's price, nothing added
We take no commission and add no booking fee. What you see per hour is what the venue charges, morning rate, evening rate and weekend rate included.
Squad tools included
Share one QR code and your players fill in their own name, jersey number and position. Then split them into sides and announce the schedule.
Reviews from people who played
Only the person who booked a ground, on a date that has passed, can rate it. The owner gets one public reply.

There is no online checkout. You settle in cash or bKash with the owner exactly as before, and the venue records it and hands you a proper invoice with a reference number.

Questions
Before you book
Do I pay online?
No. Sports Assistant never handles your money. You pay the ground in cash or bKash the way you always have, and the owner records the payment and gives you an invoice.
Is my slot confirmed straight away?
Not quite. Sending a request holds the hours for 24 hours so nobody else can take them, and the owner confirms after speaking to you. You get a notification either way.
What if the owner does not answer?
The hold lapses after 24 hours and the hours go back on the calendar automatically. Nothing is charged, because nothing was ever taken.
Can I cancel?
Call the venue and the owner cancels it, which puts the ground back on sale immediately. A booker cannot cancel from the app, because an empty ground nobody knew about helps no one.
Do I need an account?
You can send a booking request with just your name and mobile number. Creating an account is worth it if you want your bookings, your team list and your invoices in one place.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to a year, though most grounds price a rolling few weeks. If an hour is not priced for that day, it is not bookable.
I own a ground. What does it cost?
Listing is free and there is no commission on bookings. The platform is sold to venues and academies as a subscription for the management side, and your listing goes live once our team has reviewed it.
