Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by an academy for its staff and members. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and use the app only for lawful academy operations.

The service

Sports Assistant BD provides tools for attendance, member management, record-keeping of academy fees and expenses, reporting, messaging, and access control. Features depend on the academy's plan.

Payment features are record-keeping tools for real-world academy fees and physical goods. The app does not process financial transactions and is not a payment service.

Subscriptions

The Sports Assistant software subscription is arranged directly between us and each academy organization. Plan management is handled by the academy's administrator. Individual app users do not purchase subscriptions inside the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, upload unlawful content, or use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Data and privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each academy is responsible for the data it collects about its members and for obtaining any required consents.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
